Although I had a lot of good friends in high school, I don’t think that the bonds I formed during my high school years can compare to the ones I made during my years in college. I guess it was the environment and the fact that I lived with several of my friends during college, but while I only loosely stay in touch with my friends from high school, my friends from college are involved in my life on a regular basis. Even though many of them now live in different states, we still go out of our ways to stay involved in each other’s lives.

A good example of this was my recent trip to New Jersey. Currently, three of my closest friends from college live in the city of New Jersey. So, when it came time to decide where I was going to go during my time off of work, it actually wasn’t that hard of a decision to pick New Jersey. Best of all, I found a great deal on a flight and rental car, so my trip to New Jersey didn’t even cost that much. I stayed in New Jersey for a total of four days, and I had so much fun hanging out with my friends.
