When I was making my travel arrangements for New Jersey, one of the first things I did was make a reservation for a rental car. I knew that I wanted to have a rental car to use to get around the city, but I didn’t want to have to deal with finding a rental car once I actually arrived in New Jersey, so I decided my best option was to make my rental car reservation before my trip ever got started.

In order to find a rental car without actually being in New Jersey yet, I turned to the Internet. Not only was I able to browse through New Jersey rental car offers on the websites of major rental car companies, but I was also able to do a side-by-side comparison of their offers by using a rental car price comparison website.

Once I found a rental car that was the right size, price and was going to be available when I was in New Jersey, I completed the rental process online (including making my payment with my credit card). Since I did the entire rental process online, all I had to do once I arrived in New Jersey was pick up my rental car.
