Other than the four years I spent in Florida for college, I have lived in New Jersey for my entire life. I had a great time being in Florida during college, but when it was over and time for me to find a job, I knew that I wanted to go back to New Jersey. New Jersey is where I grew up, and it will always be the place that I call home. Even though there are a lot of negative stereotypes about New Jersey, once you get past those things and see the real New Jersey, it’s actually a great place to live.

Normally, you only rent a car when you are on vacation, but I actually ended up renting a car in New Jersey (even though I obviously live there). One afternoon last month, I went out to my car to go get lunch, and it wouldn’t start. I had to get my car towed to a shop, and they said it would take several days to fix. I panicked because I had a business dinner that I had to attend that evening, but fortunately one of my co-workers told me to call Avis. I explained my situation to Avis, and within an hour, they brought a rental car out to my office. Not only did I make it to my business dinner, but I used my rental car from Avis to get around New Jersey for the next six days while my car was in the shop.
